My Approach
I believe emotional experiences do not simply stay in the mind — they can also create patterns of stress, tension, and imbalance that affect how we feel day to day.
My work focuses on helping people release emotional weight that may feel unresolved, overwhelming, or emotionally stuck.
I take a grounded and practical approach to Emotion Code work. The goal is not to force change, but to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance itself emotionally and energetically.
Background
I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner with additional background as a Certified Holistic Cancer Coach and Naturopathic Practitioner.
My path into this work developed through years of supporting individuals navigating emotional stress, chronic overwhelm, and complex health journeys.
That experience reinforced the deep connection between emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing.
Emotion Code became a natural extension of my work because it offers a gentle and structured way to help identify emotional patterns that may contribute to stress, heaviness, tension, or imbalance

Emotional stress can be carried within the body over time
The body often reflects what has not been emotionally processed
Healing is layered and individual
Support should feel grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental
